Terms of Service

Scope of Services
The photographer agrees to provide photography services as outlined in the specific contract or agreement, including but not limited to portrait, event, or commercial photography.

Booking and Payment

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking date.

• The remaining balance is due on or before the date of service, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

• Cancellation by the client results in forfeiture of the deposit.

• Rescheduling requests must be made at least 7 days in advance and are subject to availability.

Image Delivery

• Edited images will be delivered digitally through an online gallery within the agreed timeline (typically 10-15 business days).

• Raw, unedited images are not provided unless specified in the contract.

Usage Rights

• Clients receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the delivered images for personal or agreed-upon commercial purposes.

• The photographer retains copyright ownership of all images and reserves the right to use them for portfolio, promotional, and marketing purposes, unless a written agreement states otherwise.

Model Release

• By hiring the photographer, the client grants permission for the use of their likeness in promotional materials, unless explicitly declined in writing before the shoot.

Liability

• The photographer is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or property damage that occur during the shoot.

• In the unlikely event of equipment failure or unforeseen circumstances preventing service delivery, the photographer's liability is limited to a refund of payments received.

Force Majeure

• The photographer is not liable for cancellations or delays due to circumstances beyond their control, such as natural disasters, illness, or emergencies.

Client Responsibilities

• The client is responsible for ensuring the shoot location is accessible and safe.

• Any additional fees related to permits, location access, or third-party services are the client’s responsibility.
